Secondly, she is about as open and honest as can be throughout the whole showing and purchase process. Never any form of bait and switch, up-charge, hidden fees, etc. Third, she has always shown up at the agreed upon time to show a house. Fourth, she handles all forms of communication promptly and thoroughly.”
I could go on and on. It’s very rare that I buy a second house from the same wholesaler because one or all of the above points are lacking. But Kate and her company have kept the deals coming while keeping an open and honest playing field.
